By accessing or using Octigent, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. This is a binding legal contract.


2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. We are not liable for any loss if you lose your password. You agree to:

  • Provide real, accurate information.
  • Keep your password confidential.
  • Use the service legally.

3. The "Don't Do This" List

Reverse engineering our code.
Scraping our data automatically.
Reselling our service without permission.
Using Octigent for illegal acts.

4. Integrated Services

We stand on the shoulders of giants. To provide banking and payments, we partner with industry leaders.

PlaidYou grant us and Plaid permission to fetch your banking data.
StripePayment processing is subject to the Stripe Services Agreement.

5. Disclaimer

Octigent is a workflow automation tool, not a professional advisory firm. We do not provide financial, tax, or legal advice. Reports are for informational purposes only. Always verify with a qualified professional.

TL;DR

We aren't your accountant. Review your numbers.

6. Limitation of Liability

We build high-quality software, but like all software, it may have bugs. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost data, or lost profits.

7. Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime to stop future billing.
