The Promise

Your business data belongs to you. We access it strictly to automate your workflows, never to sell it.

1. Our Operations Pledge

The modern internet is filled with legalese. We want to be different. Whether you are a consultant, agency, or accountant, here is our straightforward pledge to you:

We make money from subscriptions, not data sales.
We only access data needed for accounting.
We encrypt everything at rest and in transit.
You can export or delete your data anytime.

2. Who touches your data?

We rely on specialized infrastructure partners to provide secure bank connections and payments. We do not run our own banking infrastructure.

Plaid

DATA AGGREGATION

Securely connects to your bank. They see transaction data to pass it to us. We never see your bank password.

Stripe

PAYMENTS

Processes your subscription. They store your credit card details in a PCI-compliant vault. We only see the last 4 digits.

The Essentials

Encryption

Data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 (the banking standard) and in transit via TLS 1.3. Our database is isolated in a private network, inaccessible from the public internet.

Cookies

We use cookies only for essential app functions (logging you in) and anonymous aggregate analytics (to see if people like our new features). No creepy third-party ad trackers.

Retention

We keep your data while you are a customer. If you cancel, we hold it for 30 days in case you change your mind, then we delete it. You can request instant deletion by emailing us.

You are in control.

Whether you are in California (CCPA), Europe (GDPR), or anywhere else, we extend the same high-standard data rights to all our users.
